1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VIRAL.AI (the "Service"), available at https://aiviralo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is an AI social media automation platform operated by VIRAL.AI. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VIRAL.AI provides AI-assisted content generation, multi-platform publishing automation, analytics and engagement-tracking tools for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and other supported social platforms.
3. Accounts & Third-Party Connections
You may connect third-party social accounts via OAuth. You authorize VIRAL.AI to access only the data covered by the OAuth scopes you explicitly approve. You may disconnect any account at any time from the Connections page.
4. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to content you submit. AI-generated variants derived from your inputs are licensed back to you for unrestricted use. VIRAL.AI does not claim ownership of your content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, misleading advertising, illegal content, infringement of intellectual property, or in any way that violates a connected platform's policies (including the TikTok, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and X developer agreements). We may suspend accounts that violate this rule.
6. Publishing on Your Behalf
When you grant publishing scopes to VIRAL.AI, you authorize the Service to post content to those platforms only as instructed by you. Autonomous publishing is strictly opt-in and can be turned off at any time.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific engagement, follower growth, or revenue outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIRAL.AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may disconnect platforms or delete your account at any time. Upon deletion we remove stored OAuth tokens and personal data within 30 days.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
